Jack's Trike

Gigi and Osh gave Jack this trike for his birthday and in just a few short days, he has gone from crying when i put him on it the first time, to laughing as we ride up and down the hallway. Upcoming posts include . . . wagon rides with Supervisor!

Jack's First Birthday!

Thursday was Jack's first birthday! We had a party for him on Sunday that I will blog about soon, but his real birthday was celebrated with a huge milestone . . . the first haircut! After I picked him up from dayschool, we went to Moon Mullins Barber Shop downtown (a Corinth icon) and Ginger cut his hair. He was very unsure at first, but when I pulled out the Cheerios, all was well again! Doesn't he look like a big boy?!

Jack has found his outside voice!

I was wrapping Jack's birthday gifts today and started to make a bow out of curling ribbon. Jack was so tickled with the sound of the scissors and the curls of the bow, he was squealing!

Jack and his puffs

Jack has always loved puffs, and he has always tried to eat as many as possible at one time. Thankfully, they dissolve quickly!

Somebody got a visit from the Hair Fairy!

Jack woke up in an especially good mood from his nap the other day. His hair was everywhere!

The Beach!

These pictures were taken with our camera, but the ones Laine took are much better! He LOVED the sand and loved the surf even more! When he wasn't preoccupied with scooping sand into his bucket, he was crawling as fast as he could to the ocean. The mouthful of ocean water only deterred him for a minute, then it was back in the water. This child has no fear.

Jack Attack

These pictures were taken when Laine came to visit last. Don't you just love the expressions on his face?!
