Two more weeks ...

Only two weeks left (+ or -) before baby Emily arrives! I wonder if these two are ready for what is sure to be an interesting summer ...

One Happy Jack!

Jack has been looking forward to T-ball since Christmas and this week we had our first practice and game. The look on his face says it all. He had the BEST time! Whenever his dimple shows on his left cheek, you can be sure he is as happy as he can be! He hit the ball and got on base every time he was up to bat but couldn't resist running around from random base to random base while in the outfield. It was alot of fun to watch from the stands! Kate was just itching to get out there and play too! Forgive the mismatched outfit . . . I thought they would be getting their jerseys at the game.

Ahhhh!! There's a monster inside this box!!

John had the kids yesterday afternoon while I was in Tupelo and to Jack and Kate's delight, he had come up with a big cardboard box to keep them entertained. When I got home, they were just beside themselves to show me the monsters that were trapped in the box! I thought it was pretty creative of good ole Dad and definitely worthy of a blog post! Way to go John!

What can I say? I have a talented family! My mother made ALL of the outfits (the most beautiful clothes I've ever seen) and Laine took the pictures (always capturing such sweet expressions). I have another post coming up on the Solar System Claire made out of "knit thread" as Jack calls it. I think my job is just to birth and raise the children and I'm OK with that.
