We took a family trip to Huntsville, AL today to visit the Space Center. We went to see the dinosaur exhibit (Jack was very excited to see a T. Rex!) but had just as much fun looking at all of the space rockets. Jack has learned most of what he knows about outer space from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse show on Disney Junior. Because of that, I found myself explaining things to him by referring to the cartoon show. "Jack, you know when Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Minnie wear space suits when they visit Martian Mickey on Mars? This is what real astronauts wear in outer space!" I actually think he understood alot of it . . . hats off to you Disney Junior!I love the picture of Kate pointing to the moon rover as if she is explaining what it is to Jack. She had a big time walking around like she owned the place!
